environmental permit (hereinafter referred to as “the Permit”):

1. 一般條件
1.1 許可證持有人及任何從事工程項目的人士必須完全符合本許可證載列的全部條件。任何人士如有不符合本許可證的情況，可能違反環境影響評估條例 (第499章)
