Condition of Approval under Section 8(3) of the EIA Ordinance (the
Ordinance)

The EIA Report as exhibited under Section 7(1) of the Ordinance is approved by the Director on the condition that the following amendments shall be incorporated into the EIA Report, as shall form part of the approved EIA Report:-
1. The
Environmental Monitoring and Audit programme shall be strengthened to include the
monitoring of Chinese White Dolphin at the existing site of Yam O Wan to ensure
that the project will not cause unacceptable environmental impacts during
decommissioning phase of the floating dock.
