1. The Applicant shall submit, prior to or at the same time as the application for Environmental Permit, a plan (within the boundary of the Hong Kong SAR) with reference coordinates, showing the alignment of the proposed cable routing.
2. The Applicant shall submit, prior to or at the same time as the application for Environmental Permit, details of the injection operation including methodology and procedures during cable laying, confirm the spatial extent and the range of settlement of suspended solids, and if necessary, any further measures to avoid the impact on coral communities along the eastern side of the Sokos.
3. All measures described in the Project Profile submitted with your application of 29 March 2000, together with the above conditions, shall be fully implemented.
Note:
Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director's decision.
