1. All measures described in the Project Profile (No. PP-373/2008)
submitted with the Application (No. DIR-174/2008) on
2. The quality of the treated sewage effluent from the Project shall meet
the requirements set out in Table 1 of the Project Profile; and
3. The treated sewage effluent reuse system shall not be connected to Water
Supplies Department’s potable water distribution system.
Note
Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the
Applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against the above condition within 30
days of receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
