Project Title: Reprovision of Bridges D1 and T in
Conditions Imposed under
Section 5(12) of the Ordinance
for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit
1.
All
measures described in the Project Profile (No. PP-428/2011) submitted by the
Applicant on 13 January 2011 shall be fully implemented.
2.
No tree
shall be felled due to the project.
3.
A
landscape plan including the existing tree protection proposal and the soft
landscape treatment plan to be implemented shall be submitted to Director prior
to the commencement of works.
4.
An
independent checker shall be employed to audit the implementation of all
mitigation measures recommended in the Project Profile (No. PP-428/2011) and
confirm full compliance through monthly report to the Director during and upon
completion of the construction work.
Note
Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance,
the Applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against the above condition within
30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
