The EIA Report as exhibited under Section 7(1) of the Ordinance is approved by the Director on the condition that the following requirement shall form part of the approved EIA Report:

1. A Waste Management Plan for the project shall be prepared to ensure proper handling and disposal of wastes arising from the project.

2. Before any construction and demolition materials are transported outside the works bonundary, a trip-ticket system shall be established for the project to monitor the disposal of constructin and demolition materials and wastes.

3. Fences shall be erected along the boundaries of pumping station constructin sites (P1 - P7) before the commencement of construction works to prevent tipping, vehicle movements, and encroachment of personnel into adjacent areas, particularly where close to the Humped fig Tree Ficus tinctoria subsp. Gibbosa (pumping station P7) and to avoid disturbance to the pond area (pumping station P2).
