No “Sites of Cultural Heritage” (namely Declared
Monuments) are located in the Project study area and therefore no mitigation
will be required for the impacted Cultural Heritage Resources under the
requirements of the EIAO.

Mitigation Measures

Construction Phase
Archaeology
2.2.1.1 No impacts during the construction and operational phase of the project are predicted and hence no mitigation will be required for archaeological resources.
Built Heritage
2.2.1.2
No mitigation will be required under the EIAO. It
is recommended that requirements under the Buildings
Ordinance and / or the Blasting Permit should be complied with where
appropriate.
Operational Phase
2.2.1.3
No adverse impact on cultural heritage resources would
be
anticipated during the operational phase, and no
particular mitigation
measures would be required.
2.3
Audit Requirements
2.3.1.1
No audit requirements will
be necessary for Cultural Heritage.
