Front-line/counter services
Office	Services	New operating hours
Customer Service Counters	For licence/permit/approval applications	9am - 5pm on Mon-Fri
EIAO Register Office	For licence/permit/approval applications under Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance (EIAO)	9am - 5pm on Mon-Fri
Wanchai Environmental Resource Centre	Providing information and education programmes on environmental protection	10am - 5pm on Mon,Wed-Sun; Closed on Tue and Public Holidays
Fanling Environmental Resource Centre	Providing information and education programmes on environmental protection	10am - 5pm on Tue-Sun; Closed on Mon and Public Holidays

2838 3111	8:30am - 6:30pm on Mon-Fri
