The Environmental Protection Department has designated the Senior Environmental Protection Officer (Knowledge Management) as the Access to Information Officer who is responsible for ensuring that requests for access to information under the Code on Access to Information are properly dealt with in accordance with the specified procedures.

Requests for information or records held by the department may be made by letter, e-form or application form obtainable from the Reception Counters of this Department or the Public Enquiry Service Centres of District Offices of the Home Affairs Department.
