- Reduce copying, printing, encourage printing on recycled paper or using double-sided printing
- Provide trays to collect and reuse one-sided paper

- Transportation taken for business trip to ShenZhen’s branch has been restricted to public transport, and MTR has been mostly recommended
- All the paper could be made full use of both sides and put in recycle bin

- Paper recycle bin has been installed to ensure all paper can be recycled
