Grease Trap Waste Delivery Records

Every registered collector is required to complete delivery records - Form A and Form B. For each collection of grease trap waste, a "Form A" shall be completed with particulars of the grease trap waste producer and the collector. All the duly completed "Form A" shall be submitted to EPD's office at the Treatment Facility located in the West New Territories Landfill. In addition, for each waste delivery to the Treatment Facility, a "Form B" shall be completed to record the total quantity of waste for disposal and submitted to the operator of the Treatment Facility.

To ensure the collected grease trap waste will be sent to the Treatment Facility for proper disposal, it is advisable for restaurants and food processing factories to request a copy of duly completed "Form A" from their collectors for record after each clean-up of grease traps. The copies of "Form A" should be produced to the officers of EPD for inspection upon request.
