This booklet serves as a brief introduction to the revised Livestock Waste Control Scheme and provisions of the Waste Disposal Ordinance and the Waste Disposal (Livestock Waste) Regulations, as amended in 1994. In case of doubt, the reader is advised to consult the Ordinance and the Regulations. Copies of the Ordinance and the Regulations may be purchased from the Government Publications Centre.
