A contract for the provision of management services for EcoPark was awarded on 10 November 2006. The services of the contract mainly comprise the management and maintenance of the common infrastructure and facilities in EcoPark, and monitoring of the daily operations of tenants.

The construction of EcoPark Phase I started on 3 July 2006 and has been completed. The works comprise site formation, construction of internal roads, drains and sewers, utilities, an administration building and ancillary facilities and landscaping work for the EcoPark.
