Environmental Goal
An environmental
goal is a statement about the organization's overall commitment
on responsible care for the environment.
The Controlling
Officer could set the environmental goal of his or her bureau
or department by taking into account the following:
- the
activities and programmes undertaken;
- the
key environmental impacts of the activities and programmes;
and
- the
capability of the bureau or department in tackling these
environmental impacts.
