7.
Environmental Actions Requiring Special Attention
The Controlling
Officer might wish to give his views on how well his bureau
or department has performed in the current year and which
specific areas they would focus their efforts on in the coming
year. In this part of the report, it might be worthwhile for
the Controlling Officer to consider the possible challenges
likely to be faced by the bureau or department with regard
to:
- changing
environmental legislation;
- changing
expectations and requirements of target audiences;
- changes
in the activities and programmes of the bureau or department;
- recent
advances in technology; and
- review
of last year's achievements.
