7. Who will be responsible for implementing the Stockholm Convention in the HKSAR?
The HKSAR Government will be responsible for implementing the Stockholm Convention in the HKSAR. The Environmental Protection Department (EPD) is responsible for preparing the HKSARIP and coordinates the implementation of various action items in the HKSARIP by concerned Government departments, including the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, Department of Health and Water Supplies Department.
