Corporate
interest in environmental protection in property management
is growing with the demand from the public to reduce pollution
for better living environment. The
Environmental Protection Department desires to work
jointly with companies in the property management sector
to prevent and tackle pollution problems. One of our
activities in a series of education campaigns is the
"Train-the-Trainer Workshop" which will be conducted
on 13 Dec 2002, Friday, at the Hong Kong Science Museum
Lecture Hall from 2:30pm to 5:00pm. |

The main purpose
of this workshop is to train up managers and senior supervisors
of property management corporations in handling environmental problems
and complaints. This will be an excellent opportunity to strengthen
staff's knowledge on environmental legislation and to enhance their
skills in good environmental practices. The workshop also provides
in-house training materials and useful guidebooks for further training
of junior personnel and front-line workers.
About 300 participants
from the property management sector will attend the workshop.
