achieve full recovery of the variable operation cost of collecting
and treating chemical waste and MARPOL waste at the Chemical Waste
Treatment Facilities (CWTC). |

of dumping at sea activities by barges, under the Dumping at Sea Ordinance. |

set up a Help Desk telephone hotline service for the trades under
the partnership programmes, which will provide a one-stop source of
information to the business community, give advice on environmental
legislation and standards, and provide practical reference guides

compliance and go beyond compliance by introducing new control technologies

members of youth groups, and offering more comprehensive training
