III - Better Air Quality
  1. Comply with the requirements of the Beijing Amendment to the Montreal Protocol.
  1. To include a new controlled substance under the Montreal Protocol, Bromochloromethane (Halon 1011), as a scheduled substance in the Ozone Layer Protection Ordinance.

  1. Resolve road traffic noise issues through implementation of abatement measures.

VII - Cross-boundary and International Co-operation
