An outline EMP was completed in February 2006 and provided to HKCA for further development of the details. Two new training courses associated with the Pay for Safety and Environment Scheme were rolled-out by CITA in 2006 - the Environmental Officer Course in July and the Environmental Management Course for Construction Managers in September. |
