Bags Subject to Charge

To further promote the BYOB green habit, we have broadened the types of PSBs covered by the PSB Charging to include all bags that are made wholly or partly of plastic irrespective of whether there is a carrying device. Flat top bags that are excluded from the first phase will be charged under the PSB Charging.
