Advisory Council on the Environment

Terms of Reference

The Council is to :

(a) keep under review the state of the environment in Hong Kong; and

(b) advise the Government, through the Secretary for the Environment, on appropriate measures which might be taken to combat pollution of all kinds, and to protect and sustain the environment.
