Environmental Planning Advice Summary
|
Environmental problems can entail enormous financial and health costs. It is clearly much better to prevent problems than to try to cure them after they have occurred. The Environmental Protection Department therefore devotes considerable resources to pre-empting problems by providing advice in the early stages on matters ranging from strategic and regional studies to individual planning applications.
