A Guide to the Chemical Waste Control Scheme Preface The purpose of this guide is to introduce and explain the legislative controls over the management of chemical waste in Hong Kong. Statutory controls now apply to the possession, storage, collection, transport and disposal of chemical waste. This guide is for explanatory purpose only.
