FLYTIPPING SPOTTER SCHEME
When a spotter spots flytipping of construction waste, the spotter should note down the important information, and take photos or video if possible under SAFE conditions. The spotter should then fill in the Report Form and send it to EPD, together with any photos or videos taken. EPD will carry out investigation and take prosecution actions if sufficient evidence is collected. The spotter may need to act as witness to testify at Court. Thank you.
