Potential Sources of Impact during the construction phase sources of noise are demolition, foundation works, construction of new building, and modification and refurbishment of the existing building.

During operation sources of noise are mechanical equipment and public address system (during special occasions). All equipment will be operated during day time and evening periods only (ie within 07:00 and 23:00 hours). No adverse noise impact is expected due to the operation phase.
