Continuous 24-hour TSP monitoring and 3 sets of 1-hour TSP monitoring will be conducted at Ta Kwu Ling Village and Tsung Yuen Ha for at least 14 consecutive days prior to the commencement of the construction works.

24-hour TSP monitoring will be conducted at Ta Kwu Ling Village and Tsung Yuen Ha once every six days during River Modification and Associated Works in Works Area III or IV and Works Area I or II, respectively.

For 1-hour TSP monitoring, the sampling frequency of at least three times in every six-days will be conducted when the highest dust impact occurs.

Regular environmental audit will be conducted for both River Modification Works and Associated Works and Advanced Works to ensure the implementation of the recommended dust control measures.
