Condition Imposed under section 5(12) of the Ordinance

for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

1. All measures described in the Project Profile submitted by the applicant on 26 May 2003 shall be fully implemented.

2. Three sets of detailed architectural design drawings shall be submitted to the Director for approval at least one month before the commencement of construction of the Project. The drawings shall be able to demonstrate that the appearance of the pier and its roof will be compatible with the existing visual environment.

Note:

Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
