Project Title : An Extension to the Existing Boardwalk and New Floating Mudflat Bird-watching Hide at Mai Po Nature Reserve for Education and Conservation Purposes

Conditions Imposed under Sections 5(12) of the EIAO

for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

1. All mitigation measures described in the Project Profile received from the Applicant on 28 March 2006 shall be fully implemented.

2. The Applicant shall construct the bird watching hide in accordance with the design in Figure 2 of the Project Profile.

Note:

Under Section 17 of the EIAO, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
