for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit
1. All measures described in the Project Profile (No. PP-371/2008) submitted with the Application (No. DIR-173/2008) on 29 October 2008 shall be fully implemented.
Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the Applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against the above condition within 30 days of receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
