Project Title: Water Reclamation Facilities in Shatin Sewage Treatment Works

Conditions Imposed under section 5(12) of the EIA Ordinance

For Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

1. All environmental mitigation measures described in the Project Profile [No. PP-381/2009] submitted with the Application No. DIR-177/2009 on 22 April 2009 shall be fully implemented.

2. The treated effluent from the Project shall meet the standards set out in Tables 3.1 & 8.1 of the Project Profile.

Note:

Under Section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
