Conditions Imposed under Section 5(12) of the
Ordinance
for
Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit
1.
All
measures described in the Project Profile (PP-452/2011) submitted with the
application shall be fully implemented.
2.
Prior to application for environmental permit of the project, the
Applicant shall submit to the Director for approval a detailed monitoring and
audit (EM&A) programme covering water quality impact and coral inspection,
including employing an independent checker to audit the implementation of all
mitigation measures in 1 above or as directed by the Director and submit
EM&A report to the Director during and upon completion of the construction
work.
Note:
Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the Applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision
