Conditions of Approval under Section 8(3) of the EIA Ordinance


1. Subject to the condition listed below, the recommendations of the EIA Reports, as exhibited in accordance with Section 7(1) of the Ordinance, shall be properly implemented
2. The project proponent shall conduct an Operational Stage Traffic Noise Monitoring (OSTNM) programme to be agreed with the Director of Environmental Protection.
