    1. Cover “gas” as defined in the Gas Safety Ordinance (Cap. 51).
    2. Cover “dangerous goods” as defined in the Dangerous Goods Ordinance (Cap. 295), but exclude any “gas” as defined in the Gas Safety Ordinance (Cap. 51).
