Conditions Imposed under Section 5(12) of the Ordinance
for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit



1. The seabed locations where the artificial reefs will be deployed shall be checked by qualified marine archaeologist for any possible archaeological remains during construction. Any such findings shall be reported to the Director and the artificial reef complex be re-sited to avoid disturbance to the discovered remains.

2. All measures described in the Project Profile submitted with your application of 10 July 2000, together with the above condition, shall be fully implemented.

Note:
Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director's decision.
