Project Title: Construction of Lung Kwu Chau Jetty

Reference of the Approved EIA Report in the Register : AEIAR-066/2002
Conditions of Approval under Section 8(3) of the EIA Ordinance (the Ordinance)

The EIA Report as exhibited under Section 7(1) of the Ordinance is approved by the Director on the condition that the following requirement shall form part of the approved EIA Report:

1. The project proponent shall implement all mitigation measures stated in the Implementation Schedule (i.e. Tables 11.1-11.4) of the EIA report; and

2. During the operation of the jetty, the project proponent shall avoid carrying out future maintenance dredging during the period from May to August inclusive which is the peak season that Chinese White Dolphins will visit the area.
