Based
on the findings of previous EIA Study for the Wan Chai Development Phase II
Comprehensive Feasibility Study (WDIICFS EIA) and site appraisals carried out under
Schedule 3 EIA Study, no potential contaminative land uses were identified
within the Study Area. As such,
adverse land contamination impacts associated with the construction and
operation of the Project is not expected.
