14B.1
With reference to the Section 3.4.8.3,
hazard assessment should be conducted if there is overnight storage of
explosives on site, and the storage location could adversely impact on the
populated areas or any Potential Hazardous Installations (PHI) Is nearby.
14B.2
Given that there would be no overnight explosives storage according
to the latest construction programme, the hazard
assessment for overnight storage of explosives is
considered not applicable in this EIA.
