The proposed TM54SPS falls within the boundary of
the Kei Lun Wai Archaeological Site. Owing to the land access constraints, an
archaeological survey cannot be conducted for the proposed pumping station in
the EIA stage. The archaeological survey will be conducted under the programme
of archaeological survey and rescue excavation to be undertaken by the
Antiquities and Monuments Office (AMO) of Leisure and Cultural Services
Department (LCSD) for the proposed development at Tuen Mun Area 54 prior to the
commencement of construction works.
