Blasting activities regarding the storage and
transport of explosives should be supervised and audited by the competent site
staff to ensure strict compliance with the blasting permit conditions.

Mitigation Measures

The recommended mitigation measures as outlined in
the EMIS included in Appendix 1.1 of this EM&A Manual
should be implemented to meet the EIAO-TM requirements.
