In
accordance with the EIA Report, no noise sensitive receiver (NSR) was
identified within 300m from the Project.
Construction noise monitoring is therefore not considered necessary. With recommended mitigation measures
properly in place, no adverse noise impact is expected during the operation
phase of the Project and no noise monitoring is hence proposed.

With
reference to the EIA report, no environmental monitoring and audit for
potential noise impact during the operation phase is considered necessary.
2.3.1
The
recommended mitigation measures for noise impacts during construction &
operation phases are presented in the Implementation Schedule in Appendix A.
