According to the
EIA Study Brief, hazard assessment shall be carried out if there is overnight
storage of explosive on site and the storage is in close proximity to populated
areas. Since no overnight storage of explosive on site is required for the
construction of the Project, the hazard assessment is deemed not necessary.
12.1.2
Should overnight
storage of explosive or setting up of explosives magazine is required for the
construction of the project, it will need to go through a new EIA study.
