Used Cooking Oil
Used cooking oil is generated and required to be disposed of during the cooking process.
Restaurants should not dispose of the used cooking oil directly into the toilet, water sink, floor drains and sewer to avoid pipe blockage and generation of unpleasant odour.
Used cooking oil still has its commercial value. After processing, the oil can be refined to bio-diesel. It can also be used as raw material to produce soap and detergent. Restaurants should collect the used cooking oil and pass to reputable collectors for beneficial use.
