The terms of reference of the Vetting Subcommittee are as follows:
a. to vet project applications by making reference to the preliminary assessments made by the Assessment Panel which comprises officers from relevant Government Departments; and
b. to make recommendations to the Advisory Committee on Countryside Conservation on the merits of individual project applications and level of funding, if applicable.
