Notes for Suppliers on the EPD Notification Lists

All suppliers on the EPD Notification Lists are requested to observe the following:

1. Responsibility of Suppliers on the EPD Notification Lists

(a)  To submit correct and updated company particulars including valid business registration certificate (for suppliers operating in Hong Kong) or company profile/annual report (for suppliers outside Hong Kong), product categories, service information, etc., to EPD;
(b) To respond to EPD tender invitations;
(c)  To comply fully with the contract/order requirements after award of contract/receipt of order; and
(d) To minimise the impact of your activities on the environment. Please refer to our Environmental and Energy Policy and Guidance Notes for information and reference.

   

2.    Maintenance of EPD Notification Lists

The Government reserves the right to review whether any supplier should continue to be included in the EPD Notification Lists in light of any relevant information (e.g. the supplier’s responsiveness to invitations to tender, cessation of business, and out of contact, etc.) and to remove a supplier’s information from the EPD Notification List(s) any time without prior notice and without compensation.
