Purpose of Collection

The personal data provided by means of this form will be used by the Government for processing the application for inclusion in the Environmental Protection Department Notification Lists for sending tender notification to the suppliers concerned. 

Access to or Correction of Personal Data

You have the right of access and correction with respect to your personal data as provided in Sections 18 and 22 of, and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486). The right of access includes the right to obtain a copy of the personal data provided by you in this application.
