Our Compliance Assistance Centre (CAC) has been operated by the Regional Office (South) of EPD at 2/F, Chinachem Exchange Square, 1 Hoi Wan Street, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong since 31 March 2014.
If you require advice on environmental regulatory requirements and on how to tackle common pollution problems, and updated compliance guides, green practices and environmental management tools etc, please contact us by telephone (2838 3111 select call option 5 after language selection), by e-mail (enquiry@epd.gov.hk) or by writing at the above address.
Our One-Stop-Shop Service Counter at 28/F, Southorn Centre, 130 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, has ceased to operate since 2 January 2015. If you wish to hand in permit or licence applications, you may visit one of the following service counters:
