Notes: As seats are limited, registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit the registration form at least three days in advance. Successful registrants will be notified either by email or telephone as soon as possible.
Inclement Weather Arrangement:
The Forum will be cancelled if No. 8 or higher Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued at or after 2pm by the Hong Kong Observatory or remains in force on the event day (i.e. 6 August or 13 August).
