Appendix II - Leased Land

AREA OF LEASED GOVERNMENT LAND AUTHORITY FOR TREE FELLIGN MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY COMMENT
Lease subject to Tree Felling Clause District Lands Officer or, in sensitive cases, DLC, upon prior advice of Chief Technical Adviser/SP Arch S D (relevant Project Manager)

Any B.C. III submission should indicate whether approval/apporval in principle has been/will be granted to the proposed tree felling.
Lease with no Tree Felling Clause Owner, but developers should be persuaded to save as many trees as possible. Owner (if possible) (1) Control through lease approval (BOO standard procedure 13 - Appendendix IIA refers) (2) Reference to B.C. III may be made, to consider whether control on tree felling can/should be exercised through DD+H or D+D clause.

 

Note 1 : The intention to fell treas may come to the notice of Lands D either:
  (a) As a result of a specific application by the lot owner, or his representative.
(b) By studying building plans submitted for approval under lease conditions.
Note 2 : (c) Leased land including land proposed to be leased.
