Minor Site Formation Works for Open Space, Car Parks and Village Houses
| 3.9 | If the site formation works involve reclamation, specific mitigation measures such as silt curtain and closed grab should be considered. Reclamation works should be located at least 500m away from water sensitive receivers. |
| 3.10 | If there is a natural stream in the site, the stream should be preserved. Special care should be taken to prevent water quality impact on the stream. |
| 3.11 | If the site is for village-house development, proper drainage and sewerage works should be designed. |
